Fordham Law Review Online

Submissions to FLR Online must (1) discuss a legal issue, broadly defined; (2) be adequately-supported with footnotes and in accordance with the 21st edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation; and (3) be no longer than 9,000 words. FLR Online does not consider submissions written by authors who are not members of the bar or who are not current law students.

FLR Online pieces are available online in Adobe (.pdf) format, and are indexed to Westlaw, Lexis, and other research databases.

Please include in the submission:

1. A copy of the submission in Microsoft Word format;
2. A resume, CV, or other biographical information;
3. A brief abstract; and
4. A preemption check.
